- price should be paid in full before i start sketching
- i do not do refunds unless there is an emergency. if you have paid, chances are i have already started the work. you will not get a refund at all if you have received the finished product.
- you may use commissioned art however you please, just do not use it for commercial purposes, remove my watermark, claim it as your own work, etc.
- i don't do deadlines! anything commissioned from me should not take long. if i am busy, the longest you should wait is no more than 1-2 months
- i give myself the right to use commissions as examples on my commission page or website.
- if need be, i can deny a commission. it may be out of my experience range, out of my comfort zone, or any other unspecified reason.
- when commissioning, you can give a description of poses, expressions, etc, or leave it up to me!
- a reference sheet/image is 100% needed! i prefer them to be digital and unshaded. if you do not have a reference sheet, i will not take the commission.
- i will always send one progress image of the sketch unprompted! if you wish for any other progress images after the sketch, let me know!
- i do my best to remember to ask if you want the image emailed or transferred on toyhouse, but if i forget, go ahead and ask me! same goes for if you want a transparent or unshaded version of the commissioned piece.
- i post all of my art on social media (primarily instagram). i will post them without any tags, but if you want your username or @ tagged just let me know and i will edit the post or make sure to include it
- i really doubt i will draw human(oid)s. they are out of my comfort zone.
- i am best at drawing mammals .. if you commission me with a reptile, bird, fish etc.. the product may be inferior. but idk lol
